6th Annual Crab Cake Challenge

Highlights from previous year's events

Okay Crab Cake Fans.  This is the event you have been waiting for.  Local Maryland Restaurants and Caterers getting together to fight it out in an effort to bring home the trophy for "Maryland's Top Crab Cake".

 

And guess who gets to judge the contest? You.  That's right, there won't be any judges... they can be bought off. The attendees at the event will sample the crab cakes (and crab soup) and vote for their favorites.  Winners will be announced at the Networking Reception following the main event and on social media.  Let the games begin...

Why are you still reading?  Purchase your tickets already.  It's dinner, drinks and a show for $25 (or as little as $18.50 in groups of 10 tickets).

Exhibitor Booths

In addition to the 10-15 food and beer stations, there will be 60-70 Exhibitor Booth spaces for local businesses to display/market their products and services during this event.  This will be a great opportunity to have your business information on display as attendees walk up and down every aisle to find the next crab cake station or beer vendor.

 

WARNING:  In an effort to not have too many businesses of similar type at the event, only three businesses per business category will be allowed.  Only one per specific business.  Therefore, book your space early so you don't get edged out by one of your competitors.

 

Example 1: We may have three insurance companies represented like one State Farm booth, one Nationwide booth and one Allstate booth but we will not have two of the same or a 4th P&C Insurance Company.

 

Example 2: We will have one Scentsy booth, one Thirty One booth,  one Avon booth, etc.

 

Exhibitor Registration - $250

 

Price includes use of an 8' table with linen, 2 attendee tickets good for crab cake, soup, beer & wine samples.  Additional tickets are available for purchase.  You can register as an exhibitor now and then register your additional attendees when you are ready. (see bonuses below)

Your business Information including your company/organization name, phone number and a link to your website will be displayed on the "Booth Exhibitors" page of this website

Bonus 2:

We will give your business a Shout Out on social media announcing you as a new or returning exhibitor and link over to your business platform.

 

Bonus 3:
Registered exhibitors will receive $300 worth of complimentary restaurant certificates.  There are plenty of local restaurants to choose from and exhibitors receive one $25 certificate to use each month for 12 months.
